  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 7–10 business days.

 

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6

  • FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select international countries.

  • Shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at officialtolus@gmail.com.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

    • Custom/personalized pieces

    • Items marked "Final Sale"
